As president of DCS, Ben performs various duties pertaining to administration and planning of each event as well as booking talent and venues. He works with his brother, and co-founder, Jake to determine benefactors and venues for events as well as themes where applicable. Charity has been a part of Ben's life since he was very young, as it is a value taught by parents Gerry and Nancy. A 23 year old graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Ben is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Information Systems at Drexel University. He is a full-time IT Systems Engineer at Xtreme Technologies in Bellmawr, NJ and a youth ice hockey coach with the Jaguars Ice Hockey Club in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Jake Davis is the 22 year old co-founder and vice president of Davis Concert Staging, as well as brother of President Ben Davis. He attends Drexel University in pursuit of a degree in Business Administration. As Vice President, Jake's duties include finding and signing local talent to perform at DCS events, finding and booking appropriate venues to host events and locating worthy charities to benefit from DCS concerts. Jake's biggest influence in his commitment to charity work is his parents. Their installation of the benefits of charitable acts and giving to those less fortunate has been a factor in his life since a young age. Jake also recognizes the need for social responsibility in the capitalist system and draws inspiration from charitable business models around the world.
